Gültezer Hatırnaz Erol completed her undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Law and her master's degree in Private Law at Marmara University with her thesis on "Responsibility of Private Hospitals for Patient Rights Violations". He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in health law at the University of Dublin.

 

In his professional career; Anadolu Group,  Banking Supervision and Regulation Authority and Savings Deposit Insurance Fund Legal Advisor, Legal Prosecution Unit Responsible Lawyer; He worked as a lecturer at Özyeğin University and Kemerburgaz University on Administrative Law, Administrative Procedure Law, Fundamental Law and Non-Contested Jurisdiction. Between 2011 and 2017, he served as Vice President of the Istanbul Bar Association Health Law Center. He is a Health Law Expert Mediation Trainer at the Ministry of Justice.

 

He has published books and many articles titled "Legal Liability of Private Hospitals and Patient Rights", "Legal Responsibility of Dentists and Patient Rights", "Civil Cases", Multidisciplinary Approaches in Oncofertility and Fertility Preservation. Moreover; He has taken part as a speaker at international and national medical congresses, universities, national media organizations, public institutions and private organizations.
